3/2/2012   VAGINA MONOLOGUES
Performances at the NSU Playhouse are March 2nd and 3rd at 7 pm, and on March 4th at 4 pm. The Vagina Monologues" is an episodic play, performed by a variety of women, focusing on female empowerment, individuality, and women's issues. The play is performed throughout the world to raise funds for organizations working to end violence against women. Proceeds from this production will benefit Help-In-Crisis. (Recommended for adult audiences only)

4/21/2012   WALK A MILE IN HER SHOES (Wagoner)
Men wear women's high heels and literally walk a mile in their shoes to show their support of eliminating violence against women. Details on time and location, as well as sponsorship forms will be available later in the winter.

9/15/2012   MASON'S BREAKFAST
All-you-can-eat breakfast of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage bacon, hash browns, biscuits, gravy, juice, and coffee will be prepared by members of the local Masonic Lodge #10, with proceeds going to Help-In-Crisis. Cost is $4 and take-aways are available. Hours 7-11 a.m. at the Masonic Lodge, 121 West Choctaw in Tahlequah. Tickets will be available at the door or can be purchased at the HIC Office, 205 North College in Tahlequah.
